WorkFeed
RSS-based job ads! People would publish job vacancies on their own websites with RSS feeds (the technology is now trivial to do this) and subscribe the feed to WorkFeed.
Cuts out agencies and headhunters.
Trivial but effective.
Plaice crawler
A simple, downloadable, easily-installable version of the Google search appliances, with web admin interface, written in Java/Lucene/web stuff.
Add salt, stir, sell for £coupla hundred.
